You Will

  • Create a quarterly plan (refreshment or new idea for content improvement and activities). Focus product: Car Insurance, Motorbike, Prutect Care Hospital Cash (mostly around vehicle and health insurance) .
  • Create weekly content plan and create detail content brief for designer and copywriter, this will be sent to our partner, Prudential.
  • Post all content image/reels/video to Instagram OVO Proteksi and OVO ID (for OVO ID you will not get the access but you can send the content to the main PIC of OVO ID).
  • Prepare content plan and activity if there's any new product launch.
  • Prepare KOL brief detail with image sample, image reference, copy reference.
  • Work with agency and approve every content that all KOL must post.
  • Create monthly report for OVO Proteksi performance.
  • Create launch campaign report (if any).
  • Present the new product launch plan to our CMO(only if we have new product).
  • Make coordination with our intern for everything that related to quiz/activities winner (collect data, sending prizes, etc).

What you need

  • At least 1 -2 years of experience in social media marketing team.
  • Intelligent, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.
  • High levels of adaptability, comfortable with ambiguity and tight deadline, and working in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex; Ambiguous) environment.
  • Prior experience in eCommerce, Technology or Financial Services industry preferred.
