You Will
-
Own and oversee the design process on your team from end to end; discovery
until delivery phase, while ensuring achievement of the success metrics
for both, user and business.

Define the goals, strategy and roadmap to build the best in class user
experience that aligned with bigger organization goals, while ensuring the
good execution and nimbly to change proactively based on conditions.

Provide clarity on what to achieve for each team member while assisting
them to achieve it.

Manage stakeholders request and resource allocation based on impacts and
outcomes.

Build a productive, proactive and engaging culture to deliver the best
user experience.

Proactively building connections across organization to amplify the value
of design while pushing collaborative and inclusive design culture.

Proactively initiate People Rituals, like 1 on 1, retrospective and so on,
to make sure we address everyone's problems while also listening for
points of improvement.

Have a strong awareness and understanding of current and future global
trends in products, features and overall user experience of the products
that you're responsible for.

Keep improving the talent density of product designers, through well
planned and well executed development strategy.

Develop product designers skills based on their career aspirations and
provide a spotlight for their craft.
What you need
-
Experience in leading product designers with a proven portfolio in craft,
operational and people management.

Proficient in doing people management practice, like coaching, listening,
problem solving and other methods to address people's problems.

Proficient with design practices like Affinity Diagram, Concept Model,
Journey Mapping, Crazy 8, Wireframing, UI, Prototyping and User Testing
with a proven portfolio to show user and product thinking, visual and
interaction design work.

Proficient with collaboration tools, like Miro, Whimsical or even
whiteboard, to lead and participate in design workshops with other teams.

Proficient with design and prototyping tools, like Figma, Zeplin, Sketch,
Protopie to deliver high quality and detailed design with clear & tidy
structure.

Proficient in analyzing global and local competitions to benchmark our
design while also learning what's good and bad to enrich our design
decision.

Relishes giving and receiving feedback, understands the art of
constructive, egoless design critique, and seeks feedback from customers
and coworkers in order to constantly raise the quality bar.
- Ability to manage clear & well-organized documentation.
