You Will

  • Identify and understand market opportunities and develop actionable and effective strategies to expand payment acceptance and merchant financial products adoption in our online merchant partners.
  • Expected to lead a merchant segment/category and be responsible for its top line performance (Revenue, TPV, MTU).
  • Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with merchant partners.
  • Gather feedback from our merchant partners, analyse market trends and needs regularly and develop mutually-beneficial initiatives/collaborations with our merchant partners.
  • Work closely with the product, growth & marketing team, and/or other internal stakeholders to deliver suitable and innovative product features and marketing/promotional programs with our partners to grow both our businesses.
  • Oversee integration with partners and be the communication bridge between internal and external teams.
  • Establish a customer focused, and performance based culture.

What You Need

  • A Bachelor’s or Masters or an equivalent degree.
  • >5 years of work experience in Fintech, Banking, Payment or Consulting industries.
  • Proven ability to drive the business development process from planning (strategy, lead generation, prospecting) to closing the deal, follow-up, after-sales/retention (increase & maintain the key metrics business performance).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Must be highly motivated and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
  • Capable of working with target & numbers.
  • Creative and innovative in growing the business.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of online payment/e-commerce is a plus.
